Garcia has ten years of commercial banking experience in the Central Valley with a record of serving the banking needs of the local community. Garcia is a Past President of Ripon Rotary and a current member of Downtown Modesto Rotary. He is the current President of Spring Creek Golf and Country Club in Ripon. Garcia is also a founding and current Executive Board member and Secretary of the Boys & Girls Club of Stanislaus County. He was recently recognized as Graduate of the Year for Leadership Modesto at the 2014 Modesto Chamber of Commerce Gala.
