Correction relating to our notification dated March 31, 2014
The Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed us with letter
dated March 31, 2014 in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) on behalf of the State of Norway as follows:
The voting rights of the State of Norway in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
ZugspitzstraÃe 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on March 27, 2014 and on that day amount to 3.01%
(1,022,192 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to the State
of Norway pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) via Norges Bank.
