DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
HOLDING IN COMPANY
Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the gold exploration and development company focused on Turkey, announces that it was informed today that Michael de Villiers, Chairman, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Ariana today at 0.85 pence per ordinary share. Further to this purchase, Mr de Villiers holds 12,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a percentage holding of 1.86% of the total issued share capital.
