Canada's ADR Chambers Now the World's Largest ADR Company

A Banner Year in 2013 Leads Into The Toronto-Based Company's 20th Anniversary

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 7, 2014) - Canada's ADR Chambers is pleased to announce that in 2013, the organization became the largest private Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) company in the world, helping businesses and individuals across the globe settle their disputes through mediation and arbitration. ADR Chambers administered a record of over twenty thousand mediations and over five thousand arbitrations in 2013. ADR Chambers therefore administered over 80 mediations and over 20 arbitrations per working day. With so many large competitors in the United States and Europe, this is quite an achievement for a Canadian firm. ADR Chambers prides itself on innovation, as is exemplified by its offerings of eVideo Mediation and Expedited Arbitration, both first of its kind in Canada. ADR Chambers has three offices and a distinguished panel of neutrals throughout the country.

During 2013, ADR Chambers handled commercial, insurance, employment, construction, franchise and other types of disputes. "The record volume of cases kept ADR Chambers' mediators and arbitrators very busy this year," said ADR Chambers' president, Allan Stitt. "We are very proud of the job we do and the volume of work that we're now dealing with."

ADR Chambers anticipates that it will have even more arbitration work in 2014, though its volume of mediations will likely decline.

ADR Chambers has been providing mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution services to businesses throughout Canada, and internationally, since 1994. Its mediators and arbitrators include retired judges, experienced lawyers, and other professionals.
