Frontier Services Group Announces Board of Directors Appointments and Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - Apr 8, 2014) - Frontier Services Group (HKSE: 00500) is pleased to announce the appointments of Admiral William Joseph Fallon, Dr. Harold Olusegun Demuren, and Professor Lee Hau Leung as independent non-executive directors to the Board. In addition, Frontier Services Group (FSG) announced the appointment of Mr. Charles Thompson as chief financial officer of the company.

Dr. Demuren, an aeronautical engineer with four decades of experience in the aviation industry, was the former Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, where he reformed the Nigerian aviation sector, attained US FAA Category One Certification, and introduced safety reforms to bring greater professionalism and transparency to the aviation business in the country.

Admiral Fallon, a highly-decorated US Navy four-star admiral, served as Commander of U.S. Central Command, U.S. Pacific Command, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, and Vice Chief of Naval Operations over his four decade long career.

Hau L. Lee is the Thoma Professor of Operations, Information, and Technology at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His areas of specialization include supply chain management, information technology, global logistics system design, inventory planning, and manufacturing strategy. 

Charles Thompson, the former executive vice president at Hawke Aerospace Group and former managing director of Edgeview Partners, brings to his role close to two decades of industry experience in transportation, aviation, and logistics through his tenure in operations, principal investing, investment banking, and management consulting.
