SOITEC: INFORMATION ABOUT the financial calendar

In order to provide its shareholders with the fullest and most accurate information on the impact of its South African Touwsrivier project on its financial statements, and especially in view of the forthcoming Shareholders' meeting, Soitec announces that its full year results for the financial year 2013-2014 will be published on 22 April 2014, before the opening of the Paris Stock Exchange.
