FORT MCMURRAY, AB--(Marketwired - Apr 17, 2014) - NorthStar Ford Group Canada recently announced its participation in Ford Motor Company's annual Drive 4 UR School campaign. As part of the campaign, the dealership will be giving out free test drives on April 27, 2014 at 11 a.m. to raise money for Father Patrick Mercredi Community High School. The dealership is also holding a Facebook contest about driving a Ford for a chance to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards.

Natasha MacArthur-Poole, principal of Father Mercredi High School, said, "At Father Mercredi, we are very excited to participate with NorthStar Ford in the Drive 4 UR School event. The funds raised on April 27 will support our breakfast program with which 100-150 students are provided a free breakfast each day. We appreciate the tremendous generosity of NorthStar Ford as it will help sustain a program that benefits Merc kids every day. Be sure to come out to Father Mercredi and take a new car out for a test drive."

For every valid test drive completed at the event, Ford Canada will donate $20 to Father Mercredi, up to $6,000. The more people who test drive a Ford vehicle at the event, the more money can be raised!
