(TSX VENTURE:NR) ("Newstrike" or the "Company") announces that with sincere regrets, it has accepted Ewan Downie's resignation as a Director. Mr. Downie has resigned due to his commitments as Chief Executive Officer and President of Premier Gold Mines Limited.
