Govan Brown Awarded Canada's Best Managed Companies Title for 6th Consecutive Year

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 29, 2014) - On March 26^th, Govan Brown was once again named one of Canada's Best Managed Companies. The annual awards, given out since 1993, acknowledge businesses that are taking great steps in many different aspects of commerce and industry. This year's Canada's Best Managed Companies honour is Govan Brown's sixth award in as many years, making them gold standard winners for a second straight year.

The Canada's Best Managed Companies awards are determined by a panel comprised of the Queen's School of Business, Deloitte and CIBC. Together they determine the winning companies based on their growth in the past year, employee development, mentoring, leadership training and general performance. In the past six years, Govan Brown has demonstrated a constant evolution and adherence to successful business practices. With another win, Govan Brown will be promoted to the highly coveted status of Platinum Standard winners.
