(TSX:BCI) ("New Look") announced today that the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 19^th, 2014 were elected as directors of New Look. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of New Look earlier today in Montréal are set out below.

On a vote by ballot, each of the following eight (8) nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of New Look:

As of April 30^th, 2014, New Look had 12,690,414 Class A common shares issued and outstanding.
