Fortis Inc. (TSX:FTS) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. (Newfoundland Daylight Time), 9:00 a.m. (EDT), at the Holiday Inn St. John's, 180 Portugal Cove Road, St. John's, NL.

Mr. H. Stanley Marshall, President and Chief Executive Officer, Fortis Inc., will review the important events of the past year. Mr. Barry V. Perry, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Fortis Inc., will review the financial performance of the Corporation in 2013 and provide an overview of results for the first quarter 2014.
