ActiveYards(R) Dealer Unveils New Showroom in Danvers, Massachusetts

DANVERS, MA--(Marketwired - May 12, 2014) - With leading designs and exclusive technologies, ActiveYards® has become the leading American fence manufacturer of low maintenance, lifetime warranted fencing systems. That's why the dealer's unveiling of the first showroom is a practical venture for not only the company, but for its extensive customer base as well.

What's the Purpose of Opening an ActiveYards® Showroom?
The opening of the ActiveYards showroom located in Danvers, Massachusetts provides customers with a true, hands-on shopping experience. It allows the customer to separate the purchase of fencing products from the actual installation.

Upon entering the showroom, a kiosk has been developed with a user-friendly tablet for customers to view the ActiveYards website, browse through a series of real life installation photos, videos and more.

Once the customer is ready to begin the shopping experience, the layout is organized by ActiveYards' four solutions which steps a customer through solving their main need for a fence.

If a customer is interested specifically in privacy fencing, for instance, then they would simply walk to that section. Within the privacy section, there are several hand samples on the wall that can be taken down to compare privacy fence styles, material grades, pricing, sizes, color options and ingenuities. Similarly, the other sections of the showroom -- Protection, Pools and Decorative -- are organized the same way.

In addition to the solution shopping process, there is a design center where the customer can map out their yard virtually on the big screen television. Once the plot of land is established, a material list can be generated right there in the store for an easy check out process.

Once customers select and purchase the materials, there are plenty of resources to help them to decide whether or not they want to install it themselves, hire a contractor or utilize an ActiveYards certified pro. There is even a hands on installation station where customers can physically see how the fence panels are assembled with the patented technology called GlideLock. After assembly, the customer can walk over to the privacy station, select a topper sample to see how the different styles can be mixed and matched to give a unique aesthetic appeal.

"The new showroom is an excellent portrayal of our business model to empower the customer and give them options. ActiveYards is the place you will start and stop your shopping process. It provides logical and clearly-defined solutions for each and every customer that steps foot into our door," says Peter Fickinger, General Manager of ActiveYards.

With three ways to shop, select and install, customers can choose the method that best suits their needs. Learn more about ActiveYards at http://activeyards.com/.
