Amara Mining plc, the AIM-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 were posted to shareholders together with a notice of Annual General Meeting on Friday 09 May 2014.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates in The Wren Room, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on Wednesday 04 June 2014 at 11:00.
