The original filing on April 7, 2014 of the Corporation's December 31, 2013 consolidated financial statements included the signed Auditors' report dated April 4, 2013.

The refiled consolidated financial statements includes the corrected Auditors' report dated April 4, 2014.

The Corporation's audited consolidated financial statements have been filed on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.
