In this role, he leverages an extensive background in talent management and international business expertise to lead Shaker's multi-national client engagements and bring the company's Virtual Job Tryout® and other innovative pre-hire assessment solutions to new markets.

Prior to joining Shaker, Graham held several leadership positions with Development Dimensions International (DDI), including serving as general manager of the company's start-up operation in Japan. In these roles, he provided talent management expertise and consulting to the company's client organizations. Earlier in his career, Graham served as a consultant for a number of organizations for which he designed and validated selection systems for Fortune 500 clients and was involved in competency modeling, 360-degree feedback, product development, and executive assessment and coaching. In addition to his professional experience, Graham received an MBA from Temple University and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
