Freedom Energy Holdings Inc. to Acquire Launch TV Network Company, Inc. With Distribution Reaching Up to 30 Million Households

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwired - May 15, 2014) - Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTC: FDMF) CEO, Brian Kistler, today announced the Company has entered into a BINDING LETTER OF INTENT to acquire Launch TV Network Company, Inc. (LaunchTV).

Launch TV Network reaches up to 30 Million Homes via TV, Cable and STB Cable, reaching up to 43 Million Internationally. Currently in 21 U.S. Markets, Jamaica, U.K., and Kenya, Africa, including television, cable, web, and mobile outlets.

LaunchTV will continue to be under the leadership of CEO and Co-founder Maureen Cooper and Co-founder John Dash. Launch TV Network could be described as a hybrid of channels like IFC, A&E, BRAVO and a touch of FUSE. Similar Target Demographics between 18 - 54 years of age. Shows with areas of similarity are: Reality, Independent Film, Scripted, Non-Scripted Series, Music and Interactivity.

Launch TV incorporates fresh new relevant productions with recognizable stars launching new pilots and series, and will be giving the audience the ability to participate with voting and crowdfunding in deciding what new shows will become the network's flagship series. Providing the participating audience with donor rewards and sponsor coupons to facilitate direct audience interactive participation with the network's Sponsors and Branded Advertisement Clients. Launch TV Network will be the first Broadcast TV crowdfunding platform that helps fund campaigns in front of a television audience.

Under the terms of the agreement, upon the completion of the due diligence period, LaunchTV will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. in exchange for Preferred Series B shares. By regulation, the Series B shares are issued restricted and remain so for 12 months. Closing to be on or before May 31, 2014.

LaunchTV will continue to be under the leadership of CEO and Co-founder Maureen Cooper and Co-founder John Dash.

Maureen Cooper is a Boise State University Graduate, BA; writer for the Ivory Tower Magazine, for Brigham Young University and Boise State University. Maureen served as an Adjudicator for the Federal Government Social Security Disability Determinations Dept., and a licensed Worker's Compensation Adjuster. Finding her way back to the Entertainment business, in the TV industry she has done everything from handling general traffic needs, to serving as a TV Syndication Manager, and Program Director. Maureen assisted established networks, as well as start-up networks, in acquiring new affiliate TV broadcast stations and successfully coordinating and booking TV Syndicated movie packages for TV Broadcast groups such as Sinclair Broadcasting. Maureen served as Chief Executive Officer of Goliath Promotions. Presently Chief Executive Officer for Launch TV Network Company, Inc., negotiating film to television, cable and/or major network contracts, including HBO, TBN, etc. She oversees programming acquisitions, and has negotiated and obtained rights for over 10,000 programs, including feature films, television series, documentaries, etc. Maureen spearheaded Launch TV Network's international launch in Kenya, Africa, as well as new media channels for Launch TV.

John Dash has been in the broadcast industry for over 25 years. He owns several TV and Radio Stations. He has a full service Master Control facility, creating a full service system for networks and/or broadcast stations that is cost efficient, yet superb service. John has also developed templates for popular set-top boxes that let content providers, TV stations and/or networks utilize for less in price and extremely fast in development time. John first creates, tests and then delivers, in half the price and half the time.
