The newest member of Sony's revered RX100 series of compact cameras, the RX100 III, features a refined Zeiss 24-70mm equivalent f/1.8-2.8 zoom lens, pop-up 1,440k-dot SVGA OLED Tru-Finder electronic viewfinder, and the ability to record full HD video in the high-quality XAVC S format. The recently developed BIONZ X image processor pairs with the large 20.1MP 1" Exmor R BSI CMOS sensor to realize up to 10 fps shooting and notable low-light capture with native sensitivity to ISO 12800. The camera is also accentuated by a new 180° tilting 3.0" 1,229k-dot Xtra Fine LCD screen, built-in 3-stop neutral density filter, and a manual control ring for intuitive adjustment of exposure settings. Additionally, built-in Wi-Fi with NFC allows instant image sharing to, as well as remote camera control and monitoring from, linked mobile devices.

The 3.0" 1,229k-dot Xtra Fine LCD incorporates WhiteMagic technology for easier visibility in bright conditions and its tilting design permits greater usability from high, low, and front-facing angles.
