Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc announces that on 15 May 2014 the Company purchased for cancellation 48,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 85.25p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 52,088,585 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
