ADJUSTED COMPARISON FIGURES 2013 FOR THREE BUSINESS AREAS

As disclosed in the annual report 2013, the business structure has been simplified between Shipping Division’s business areas Channel, France & Mediterranean and Passenger. With effect from 1 January 2014, the routes Newhaven-Dieppe and Portsmouth-Le Havre have been transferred from Channel to France & Mediterranean. Port terminal and sales agency activities related to Dover-Dunkirk and Dover-Calais have been transferred from France & Mediterranean to Channel. Moreover, Passenger’s British sales agency activities have been transferred to Channel.

The adjusted comparison figures for the three business areas for 2013 are shown in table below.
