Xangati Launches Expanded Partner Program, Appoints New VP of Sales

Leader in Continuous Performance Intelligence Expands Its Lead Through Strong Channel Sales

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - May 20, 2014) - Xangati, a leading provider of intelligent cloud and workload performance management solutions, today announced an expansion of its Premier and Authorized Reseller programs and the appointment of Fred Pazos as vice president of worldwide sales. Pazos is charged with scaling Xangati's go-to-market sales organization.

Under the guidance of Pazos, Xangati will continue to differentiate its Premier and Authorized Reseller programs by emphasizing profitably solving customer's performance intelligence requirements for virtualized workloads. The programs offer attractive margins, recognizing the expertise of its reseller partners in providing rapidly deployable, value-added solutions for challenging virtualized environments. Additionally, the programs are tailored to managed service providers, systems integrators and value-added resellers (VAR) with deep experience in server and desktop virtualization solutions from companies such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft, as well as converged infrastructure solutions, such as VCE vBlock and Cisco/NetApp FlexPod.

"Our partners play a major role in Xangati's overall success," said S. 'Sundi' Sundaresh, CEO of Xangati. "I am excited to have Fred Pazos onboard with us. His vast experience and superior credentials in worldwide sales will help Xangati accelerate its efforts to build the industry's top partner and go-to-market programs."

Prior to joining Xangati, Pazos led the worldwide sales program at Duo Security, where he grew company revenue by 325 percent in 2013. Earlier, as head of North America sales at Voltage Security, Pazos rebuilt the sales team and restructured the VAR process to achieve a 40 percent growth in the company's sales pipeline. He also grew Surgient's revenue by 600 percent in the three years prior to the company's acquisition by Quest Software. Pazos also held sales leadership roles at Intraware, Everdream (acquired by Dell), IBM, Wyse and Hitachi America.

"I am excited to join the team here at Xangati," said Pazos. "I look forward to leading our company's continued successful expansion through strategic partnerships. Our team's top priority -- and what drives our continued differentiation and sales success -- is partnering with companies that are solving today's most complex problems in cloud infrastructures and virtualized networks."
