Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Welcomes Veteran Asset Services Pro Todd Taft


SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - May 29, 2014) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Todd Taft has joined the company as a Regional Operations Manager for Asset Services.

Taft will be responsible for directly managing, supervising, and coordinating best practices for all Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce engineering staff. In addition, he will also serve as a member of the Asset Services senior management team.

Taft brings more than 25 years facility and property management experience. His focus has been on the strategic planning and building management for large commercial buildings including the safety, emergency preparedness, performance improvement programs and project and construction management. He has experience in all aspects of building systems and operations, contractual maintenance, construction and related services.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Taft was Engineering Manager with Hines, where he directed the engineering and maintenance activities for six Class A office buildings. He also previously worked with Newmark Grubb ACRES (formally NAI Utah) as Director of Building Engineering and Maintenance, and CarrAmerica Realty Corporation as Chief Engineer.

Taft is a licensed Utah real estate agent, and is a certified EPA section 608 universal refrigerant handler.
