As follow-up to the notice of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS published on 29 April 2014, which stated that the prosecutor’s office brought charges against Selver AS in concluding an agreement between competitors and activities in the course of which the price of certain goods was allegedly fixed regarding third persons, we hereby inform that on 18 June 2014 Harju County Court has announced the times of the hearings to be held in October and November. According to the court injunction the case shall be resolved in general procedure.
Selver AS is being accused in an act that is qualified under Section 400 subsection 4 of the Penal Code. Selver AS continuously considers the accusation unfounded and takes the position that it has not committed the acts listed in the charges. Selver AS will continue its daily business activities and keep the stock exchange informed of developments in this situation in accordance with legislative requirements and the rules and regulations of the stock exchange.
