Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG 

Morgan Stanley, Wilmington/Delaware, USA notified us on June 19, 2014
pursuant to section 25a WpHG of the following:

On June 17, 2014, Morgan Stanley falling below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt
a. d. Saale, Germany and held 4.26% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
AG (equals 5,894,885 voting rights).

On that date, Morgan Stanley held a proportion of 1.61% (equals 2,221,794
voting rights) in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG based on voting rights pursuant to
sections 21, 22 WpHG. In addition, Morgan Stanley held a proportion of
1.55% (equals 2,140,250 voting rights) based on (financial/other)
instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG, of which a proportion of 1.55%
(equals 2,140,250 voting rights) is held indirectly.

In addition, a proportion of 1.11% (equals 1,532,841 voting rights) is
based on (financial/other) instruments pursuant to section 25a WpHG. From
the voting rights a proportion of 1.11% (equals 1,532,841 voting rights) is
