Copper North Issues Shares to Repay Debt


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 23, 2014) - Copper North Mining Corp. ("Copper North" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:COL) has issued 6,860,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to settle amounts owing under the terms of the loan agreement with an insider of the Company, as previously announced on June 17, 2014. The shares are subject to a four month and one day hold.
