DWP Solutions Acquisition Expands Calian's Service Offerings

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 10, 2014) - Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX:CTY) is pleased to announce that effective June 30, 2014 it has acquired DWP Solutions Inc. of Ottawa, Ontario. DWP Solutions Inc. has been in business for 18 years providing information technology and security consulting services to a variety of government and defence customers.

"With revenues of approximately $6 million, we expect this acquisition to be EBITDA accretive from day one" stated Jacqueline Gauthier, Chief Financial Officer. "DWP results will be consolidated and reported as part of the Company's Business and Technology Services (BTS) division".
