Government of Canada provides funding to Garden River First Nation for language project


GARDEN RIVER, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 16, 2014) - Department of Canadian Heritage

The Government of Canada is providing $75,423 in funding through the Aboriginal Languages Initiative to support over 300 hours of learning opportunities for children and adults.

Bryan Hayes, Member of Parliament (Sault Ste. Marie), made this announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
