The flexible 4K LED diagonal video wall stretches up to 4.19 meters and promises guests unlimited fun in the lobby. The convenient mobile check-in and check-out services at the Berlin Marriott Hotel will spare guests long wait times. At 4pm, the day before arrival, guests will receive a push notification on their smartphone or any Apple or Android device, to notify them when check-in is available. Upon arrival, the fully coded key can be conveniently picked up at the express counter, saving guests' time. On the day of departure, the app informs guests via another push notification that they may check out on their mobile devices. The invoice will then be sent via email. All Marriott Rewards members can experience this new service with a new free app.

For even faster surfing, the Berlin Marriott Hotel now offers a broadband Internet connection with 1,000Mbs. It allows for larger downloads and it will not slow down in speed -- even with the simultaneous use of many guests. "We have seen our guests' growing need for a fast and powerful Internet and responded immediately," explains Schneider on the new offer. "Our guests work a lot with their mobile device. Thus, a fast Internet is of course indispensable," Schneider said. The new Internet connection is also used for communication within the Berlin hotel. Conference guests can now easier connect to their event planners by using the free conference app, Red Coat Direct. They can send requests to adapt their event in real time without leaving the meeting rooms of this forward-thinking Berlin hotel.
