CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - Jul 17, 2014) - Datalliance today announced that Atrium Windows and Doors, Inc. (Atrium), has selected Datalliance VMI as the platform for their Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program. Atrium is a manufacturer of residential vinyl and aluminum windows and patio doors for single, multi-family projects, and light commercial applications. VMI services will be provided to their largest home improvement customer.

"We chose Datalliance VMI because of our need to manage a large number of retail locations," said Gareth Raab, Atrium, CIO. "Because Datalliance has extensive experience helping suppliers support VMI programs with retailers, they have the system functionality and knowledge to help us get our VMI program up and running with our home improvement customers quickly and confidently. Another factor in our decision is the Datalliance cloud based solution model, which allows us to add this important program without the need for significant internal IT resources."

Tom Hoar, Datalliance Director of Sales for Industrial Industries, said: "We're excited to add Atrium to our growing customer base and pleased that they recognized our ability to handle replenishment directly at the store level as an important factor in choosing our solution. We look forward to helping them leverage VMI to further strengthen their customer relationships with retailers in the home improvement market."
