Directorate Changes
The Board of Oxford Technology 3 VCT plc is pleased to announce that Robin Goodfellow has been appointed as Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 31 July 2014.
Shareholders will be asked to vote on his re-election as Director at the forthcoming AGM on 27 August 2014.
Robin has 30 years of experience in senior Accounting Manager and Internal Audit Manager roles with ExxonMobil International, Esso Europe, Esso Petroleum and Esso Norway. He has particular expertise in advising on and implementing cost effective controls across total company activities and their accounting systems. More recently he has been an active investor and shareholder in VCTs, EISs and other small companies. He is a regular commentator on VCT industry performance and current VCT company issues. Robin has an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from the London Business School. He holds 35,000 shares in Oxford Technology 3 VCT.
The current chairman Richard Vessey will resign as chairman but remains on the Board as a Director.
Lucius Cary, Managing Director of Oxford Technology Management, the manager of the VCT will continue to attend Board Meetings but will cease to be a Director.
