OXFORD TECHNOLOGY 3 VCT PLC
Oxford Technology VCT Plc have received a carefully considered response from HMRC on the question of withdrawal of VCT approval from OT1 and OT3, following representations made by Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP in June 2014.
HMRC are reserving their position and have indicated that changes are required if VCT status is to be retained. They have indicated a period of 40 days to see if the requirements can be complied with.
The Board of OT3VCT and their advisors are giving urgent consideration to the requirements with a view to complying with them within that time scale.
