Mantra Grants Options to Directors, Officers, and Consultants

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 15, 2014) - Mantra Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MTR) ("Mantra" or the "Company") announces that is has granted to directors, officers, and consultants a total of 605,000 stock options under the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of 10 years, and vest 1/3 on grant, 1/3 after one year and the remaining 1/3 after two years.
