Government of Canada supports the Musee regional de Kamouraska
KAMOURASKA, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 16, 2014) - Department of Canadian Heritage
The Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, today announced $59,040 in support for Têtes d'affiche (Headliners), a travelling exhibition of the Musée régional de Kamouraska. This funding, provided through the Museums Assistance Program, is being used to support the production, presentation and circulation of this unprecedented exhibition, which focuses on women's history in Canada at the turn of the 20th century from a new perspective-that of women's hats.
