("CPI Aero®") (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced that its management will participate at the Cowen and Company Global Transportation & Aerospace/Defense Conference on Thursday, September 4, 2014, at The Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, MA.

The Company's fireside chat presentation is scheduled for 8:00am. Management will also meet with institutional investors at the conference throughout the day.
