TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 26, 2014) - Marc Wayne reports that in connection with the completion of the qualifying transaction ("Qualifying Transaction") of Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. (the "Company"), formerly POCML 2 Inc. ("POCML2"), Mr. Wayne (through Spiderco Investments Corporation) has ownership and control over 6,977,867 common shares ("Shares") of the Company, representing approximately 10.34% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company. The Shares were issued to Mr. Wayne in exchange for 6,977,867 common shares of Bedrocan Canada Inc. ("Bedrocan") he previously held (through Spiderco Investments Corporation).

Pursuant to the Qualifying Transaction, Bedrocan amalgamated with 2418519 Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of POCML2, to continue as an amalgamated company. Shareholders of Bedrocan were issued one common share of POCML2 for every one Bedrocan common share held immediately prior to the completion of the amalgamation.

The Shares were acquired by Marc Wayne for investment purposes. Marc Wayne, or his joint actors, may from time to time acquire additional securities of the Company, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current position.
