Government of Canada supports the annual Lake Country ArtWalk
LAKE COUNTRY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 27, 2014) - Department of Canadian Heritage
The Okanagan's largest art show, the Lake Country ArtWalk, will once again welcome visitors and art lovers, thanks to an investment of $7,600 under the Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage program.
This multi-arts festival highlights the work of established and emerging artists from throughout the community, and features dance, music and theatrical performances, as well as interactive workshops.
The Honourable Ron Cannan, Member of Parliament (Kelowna-Lake Country), made this announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
