The Board of Oxford Technology 3 VCT PLC gives notice that all resolutions at the AGM on Wednesday 27th August 2014 were passed.
Lucius Cary, Managing Director of Oxford Technology Management, the manager of the VCT will continue to attend Board Meetings but has not sought re-election as a Director.
