Sauer Energy WindRider(R) Production Update

CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - September 05, 2014) - Sauer Energy Inc.® ("SEI") (OTCQB: SENY), developer of the patented WindCharger® vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) and manufacturer of the patented WindRider helixical vertical axis wind turbine, announced today an update on the progress of the Wind Rider®. Manufacturer, Tru-Form Plastics, Inc., of Gardena, CA, remains poised to dedicate a production line to begin the thermal forming process and finishing of SEI's full production of turbine blades.

Manufacturing begins with the mold, which has been completed, and is being used to produce the actual blades that SEI will be offering. In the final phase, the testing of the various thicknesses of blade materials will be a determining factor that the final product can be what it should be.

The first iterations are being received now. SEI is putting the new blades through the course of extensive testing, validation of performance and compatibility with system components. When the procedure is completed, pilot programs have been set-up for public viewing and display.

SEI is in the process of streamlining and creating the most efficient production method within its facility. Presently, SEI is capable of machining and producing the shafts, mounting and structure support for the Wind Rider.

Very soon, SEI expects to be in a position to accept orders for the Wind Rider. Once the final testing and decisions are made with regard to the blades, SEI will then calibrate to the rest of the system. A detailed release of data will be forth coming along with performance and sales information.

"We are extremely pleased that we are moving closer and closer to the day that we will be able to show positive revenue. Our transformation has been steadily and carefully calculated. SEI will be able to reveal its balanced, diversified portfolio of products with subsequent launches, which can provide the competitive advantage that we seek," commented Dieter Sauer, President and CEO of Sauer Energy.

Building and maintaining a strong team of individuals with a broad range of expertise continues to be the focus of SEI. With performance standards and expectations met, SEI will be able to dedicate itself to marketing, distributorships and also to complete the development of its other products.

These updated results reflect the SEI team's focus on execution, cost discipline, and long-term growth as we continue to move forward the patented technology of the company.

The goal is to deliver shareholder value and focus on the global need for viable renewable energy solutions. SEI intends to follow the core strategy of developing an expanded, renewable energy product portfolio that end users can depend on.

Sauer Energy projections and those of independent advisors confirm the long-standing vision that all viable energy sources is essential to meet the increasing demand for growth globally.

About Sauer Energy Inc.

Sauer Energy Inc. is a technology developer and manufacturer focused on the emerging renewable energy market. In the very near future, SEI plans to offer the patented helixical WindRider model vertical axis wind turbine that employs the HelixWind technology it purchased in 2012. The performance enhanced design modifications should deliver superior results. They are specifically designed to be pole mounted and can respond to the demand for applications that do not require roof mounting.

SEI has created the WindCharger brand model to provide a better roof-mounted solution for the use of wind capture for residential or small building use. We believe that because it requires so few parts, SEI's technology, which provides a new direction for wind capture and will easily scale from residential to small community and up to large industrial scale. The market opportunity for a new, innovative technology is unlimited. The WindCharger is one of Sauer Energy's key innovations.
