Evans Army Community Hospital faces the same threats to operations as any community hospital throughout the United States. Emergencies ranging from active shooters, extreme weather conditions and other man-made and natural disasters require fast and reliable notification of personnel to avoid injury or death in these situations. Evans was faced with a situation requiring a fast implementation of their existing notification system and chose AtHoc because of its rapid implementation cycle. From contract award to system availability only required three days to meet their unique need for an expedition implementation to ensure no gap in service.
