REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2014) - Host Analytics, the leader in cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), today announced the launch of its New Administrator Acceleration Program, designed to give incoming administrators the tools and knowledge they need to quickly and effectively transition into their new roles. The program also allows organizations to accelerate and expand the value and usage of their Host Analytics applications through education and consulting services.
For the New Administrator Acceleration Program, Host Analytics will review client-specific business processes and the current application configuration. Existing users are surveyed on their current use to determine where their business might have changed, and the Host Analytics application is then fined-tuned to meet those requirements.
New administrators, typically finance or accounting professionals, are trained on core Host Analytics functionality as well as their own organization's specific configuration and processes. Host Analytics experts also provide best-practices insights to maximize the value of the application. Upon completion of the program, the new administrators will be fully trained on the deployment that has been optimized and tuned to meet their specific business needs.
The New Administrator Acceleration Program is a combination of Host Analytics educational and consulting services, including the following:
- Survey and interviews with existing users
- Relevant Host Analytics training courses with hands-on exercises in a training application
- Review and assessment of the current application implementation
- Additional built-in, ad-hoc support to provide guidance on business tasks that need to be completed
- Reconfigured and optimized application suited to each organization's needs
