LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2014) - Advanced Content Services, Inc. (OTC: ADCS) is pleased to announce that it has finalized a Letter of Intent for SinglePoint, Inc. (OTC: SING) to acquire its stake in GreenStar Payment Solutions, Inc.

The Letter of Intent was signed by all three venture partners recently to affect 100% ownership of GreenStar Payment Solutions, Inc. by SinglePoint.
