In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act it is hereby
announced that OW Bunker A/S has been informed that T. Rowe Price Associates,
Inc. has reduced its holdings of shares in OW Bunker A/S. T. Rowe Price
Associates, Inc. thereby holds less than 5% of the total share capital in OW
Bunker A/S.
