At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Balda AG has passed a
resolution to put forward a counterclaim in the proceedings relating to the
salary payments claimed by former Management Board member Mr. Dominik Müser
arising from his Management Board service agreement that was terminated.
The subject matter of the counterclaim are the company's loss compensation
receivables of around EUR 1.8 million due to serious infringements of duty
by the Management Board in 2013. The company is currently unable to provide
any further information due to the ongoing legal dispute, and given the
further development of the proceedings.
