Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside Becomes Official Hotel of the Atlantic Hockey Association


ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside and the Atlantic Hockey Association have announced a new partnership agreement. The Radisson is now the official hotel of the Atlantic Hockey Conference. The conference, now in its ninth year of existence, brings the best of the best in NCAA Division I Hockey to Rochester, New York.

Historically, the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside hosted two tournament teams, while the Hyatt Regency Rochester also hosted two teams. 2014 marks the first year that all four teams will be accommodated by the Radisson.

About Atlantic Hockey

The Atlantic Hockey Conference (AHC) was created on June 30, 2003 when nine institutions joined together to form a new Division I men's ice hockey conference. The conference currently consists of eleven members: the United States Air Force Academy, American International College, the United States Military Academy, Bentley University, Canisius College, the College of the Holy Cross, Mercyhurst University, Niagara University, Robert Morris University, Rochester Institute of Technology and Sacred Heart University.
