RESTON, VA--(Marketwired - Sep 25, 2014) - Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group, a Reston, Virginia-based private equity firm, has arranged and completed an acquisition of California-based Opinionmeter International, Ltd. by PeriscopeIQ, Inc. PeriscopeIQ is a Rezon8 portfolio company specializing in Customer and Employee Engagement Solutions. Opinionmeter International is a SaaS company that offers mobile survey software solutions that provide real-time customer feedback and insights.
