TWISP, WA--(Marketwired - September 29, 2014) - J.P. King Auction Company announces Tice Ranch will be auctioned Thursday, October 16, at 1:00 p.m. (PT). Resting on more than 300 acres and minutes away from Twisp and Winthrop just outside Okanogan National Forest, the handsome destination will host the auction in the Main Lodge, Tice Ranch.
In the main lodge, belly up to the bar in the Western Saloon or saunter over to the 1876 London, England Pub that holds a storied past. Connected to the main lodge by a spacious patio to view the expansive mountain ranges, is a smaller log house. The lodge and log house share a 50-foot, stone-lined swimming pool and heart shaped Jacuzzi. The property, which is being auctioned fully furnished, includes the main lodge, two well-appointed guest homes, a caretaker's residence, barns and outbuildings including equipment.
