• Workflow Searching & Filtering: Finding your data quickly is an important part of successfully managing contracts. Powerful search and filtering capabilities allow you to retrieve lists of contracts by their contract approval status by performing a quick text search or detailed search statements.
• Workflow History: View a complete activity list of contracts and approvers with details related to the workflow history including: approval status; submittal/approval dates; submittal/approval times; and any notes associated with the workflow.
• Deeper Contract Analytics: For clients who have implemented the Iasta Executive Analytics Suite (EAS), the new contract approval workflows enable rich contract analytics that can be analyzed with the contract dashboards in EAS.
