Sale of Forma Publishing completed

ICA Gruppen's sale of Forma Publishing Group was completed today. The divestment
is not expected to have an effect on ICA Gruppens's earnings, but the final
purchase price will be determined after the transfer.
The sale of Forma Publishing Group to the Danish media group Egmont was
announced on 28 August. In a separate deal, the trade magazines Icanyheter and
Market were sold to ICA-handlarnas Förbund. The deal was conditional, among
other things, on approval from the Swedish Competition Authority which has now
been granted. Today, 3 October, the transfer of these operations to the
purchasers has been effected.

The divestment is not expected to have an effect on ICA Gruppen's earnings, but
the final purchase price will be based on the transfer values to be determined
after the transfer. The final purchase price is expected to be known within
approximately 30 days.
