DF Deutsche Forfait AG: consolidated 9-month loss of around EUR 9.0 million

- One-time expenses of EUR 1.5 million reflect consulting costs incurred
    in relation to OFAC listing

Cologne, 13 October 2014 - As approved by the Board of Management today,
the financial accounts of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Cologne, (Prime Standard,
ISIN: DE0005488795) show a consolidated loss of around EUR 9.0 million for
the first nine months of 2014 based on preliminary figures. The loss
includes EUR 1.5 million in one-time expenses for legal counselling and
other consulting costs related to the company's inclusion in the sanctions
list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The preliminary loss
of the DF Deutsche Forfait AG based on the company's separate financial
statements, which are prepared in accordance with the German Commercial
Code (HGB), amounts to approximately EUR 8.4 million. According to these
preliminary figures, the 9-month loss has reduced DF Deutsche Forfait AG's
equity capital to approximately EUR 2.2 million (30 September 2014). The
amount of the DF Group's equity capital cannot be determined yet, as it is
dependent on the Group's 2013 financial statements, which will be subject
to a subsequent audit.

The Board of Management will inform the shareholders on current
developments at tomorrow's extraordinary shareholders' meeting in Cologne.

DF Deutsche Forfait AG continues to do everything possible to be removed
from the OFAC sanctions list in order to restore the company's ability to
act as quickly as possible.
