Mr. Jorge will be responsible for further strengthening the business model as well as continuing to expand PA Group's worldwide presence. Mr. Jorge's primary role will be to lead the international sales and marketing team for PA Group's Life and Investments division as well as its Accident and Health division. He will be charged with driving profitable growth through PA Group's various international health and investment branded solutions, namely Premier Trust and Premier Health, and enhancing relationships with new and existing distribution partners primarily in Central and South America.

Mr. Jorge will be reporting directly to Leonardo L. Cornide, President of PA Group. On the appointment, Mr. Cornide said:
