CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 23, 2014) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX) (the "Corporation") has granted incentive stock options to officers, employees and a consultant of the Corporation for the purchase of a total of 1,740,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.24 per share for a period of five years from the date of the grant. The stock options have been granted pursuant to the Corporation's 10% rolling stock option plan and will vest as to one third starting at the date of the grant and one third at the next two anniversaries of the date of the grant. Following the stock option grant, the Corporation will have a total of 3,090,000 stock options outstanding.

CEMATRIX is an Alberta corporation with its head offices in Calgary, Alberta.
